Regional Support Manager

REGIONAL SUPPORT MANAGER

The Regional Support Manager is responsible for supporting the Regional Manager with the day-to-day operations of their assigned region’s business units. The Regional Support Manager reinforces and promotes company goals and standards for performance, growth, and customer service. The Regional Support Manager convenes with specific repair facilities and provides them with guidance and the implementation of initiatives set forth by the Regional Manager, Operations and Support Center Teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports the regional manager in developing “on the ground” relationships with potential acquisition targets.

  • Ensures that general managers understand all key performance indicators (KPIs) and receive the proper training to meet or exceed all KPIs consistently.

  • Provides ongoing training and coaching to general managers while identifying underperforming shops and supporting their specific needs.

  • Promotes continuous education with the regional manager to address skill gaps among the repair facility staff.

  • Understands and meets federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.

  • Identifies?when safety training is necessary and ensure the proper equipment is available.

  • Collaborates with regional managers to improve operational procedures.

  • Maintains regional client and dealership relationships as the regional manager capitalizes on market opportunities.

  • Assists regional management efforts to enhance customer satisfaction across the region by addressing customer concerns and feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Ability to support and work efficiently with regional managers and corporate teams.

  • Proven experience within the collision repair industry, preferably in a leadership role.

  • Knowledge of financial management and budget analysis.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

  • Familiarity with basic repair instructions, written estimates, and work orders.

  • Ability to write reports and routine correspondence.
