You’ll have full ownership of operations, profitability, people, and performance, while setting the standard for quality and customer experience.
You Will
Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts & support teams
Own P&L, staffing, labor, and cost controls
Drive KPIs, productivity, and cycle time
Hire, coach, and retain top talent
Build strong insurance and customer relationships
Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
3+ years of collision repair management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Deep understanding of estimating, production flow, and insurance relations
Results-driven, accountable, and people-focused
Valid driver’s license (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
