Location: Dublin, OH

Job Opportunity: Central Close Specialist (Fully Remote)

Hey there — I’m Michelle, Central Close Manager, and I’m proud to lead our growing Central Close team at CollisionRight. Over the last year, we’ve made incredible progress in strengthening the way our shops operate — improving accuracy, consistency, and speed in how we finalize repair orders. Every day, our work behind the scenes ensures our shops can focus on what they do best: repairing vehicles safely and getting customers back on the road.

As our organization continues to grow, we’re excited to add a Central Close Specialist to our team. This is a fully remote role where you’ll collaborate closely with shops across multiple markets, ensuring every repair order meets quality, compliance, and DRP standards before it’s officially closed.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and finalize repair orders (ROs) for accuracy, ensuring compliance with insurance DRP guidelines and company SOPs.

  • Confirm parts invoices are posted correctly in CCC One, verify included labor accuracy, and make necessary corrections.

  • Partner with teammates and training partners to identify and report quality issues, helping strengthen future file performance.

  • Communicate with shop and training teams to ensure all repairs are closed within 48 hours of vehicle delivery.

  • Review vehicle scanning compliance and identify additional revenue opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Understanding of insurance DRP guidelines, payment procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
