Hey there — I’m Michelle, Central Close Manager, and I’m proud to lead our growing Central Close team at CollisionRight. Over the last year, we’ve made incredible progress in strengthening the way our shops operate — improving accuracy, consistency, and speed in how we finalize repair orders. Every day, our work behind the scenes ensures our shops can focus on what they do best: repairing vehicles safely and getting customers back on the road.
As our organization continues to grow, we’re excited to add a Central Close Specialist to our team. This is a fully remote role where you’ll collaborate closely with shops across multiple markets, ensuring every repair order meets quality, compliance, and DRP standards before it’s officially closed.
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home)
Pay: $25–$29 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with 1 Saturday per month required
Review and finalize repair orders (ROs) for accuracy, ensuring compliance with insurance DRP guidelines and company SOPs.
Confirm parts invoices are posted correctly in CCC One, verify included labor accuracy, and make necessary corrections.
Partner with teammates and training partners to identify and report quality issues, helping strengthen future file performance.
Communicate with shop and training teams to ensure all repairs are closed within 48 hours of vehicle delivery.
Review vehicle scanning compliance and identify additional revenue opportunities.
Support continuous improvement efforts by helping streamline processes and share best practices across the network.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2–3 years of experience in the auto or collision repair industry.
Advanced proficiency in CCC One and strong file management experience.
Understanding of insurance DRP guidelines, payment procedures, and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
