This is a high-visibility role where you’ll shape the company’s financial operations, support acquisitions, and ensure compliance across a multi-entity business. You’ll work onsite in Dublin, OH (with reasonable hybrid flexibility after training) alongside an ambitious leadership team that’s scaling rapidly and investing heavily in growth.

As Director of Accounting, you will:
Lead Month-End Close: Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Ensure Compliance: Manage licenses, certifications, and regulatory reporting (including Ohio BWC filings).
Support Audits & Taxes: Partner with outside firms on financial statement audits and tax preparation.
Oversee Treasury Functions: Manage cash tracking, leases, and payment schedules.
Strengthen Controls: Implement and refine financial control systems across entities.
Drive Integration: Lead acquisition accounting, onboarding new businesses, and integrating NetSuite with CCC.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with AP/AR, operations, and leadership to streamline processes and solve problems.
Manage Systems: Serve as a NetSuite administrator, resolve integration issues, and maintain a fixed asset schedule.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
5–7 years of accounting experience; Big 4 or medium-to-large firm background strongly preferred.
Proven leadership in accounting operations, controls, and compliance.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting software (NetSuite experience preferred).
Collision repair industry experience a plus, but not required.
