About the Role

CollisionRight is seeking a detail-oriented, technically skilled teammate with a strong background in estimating to join our Operations Support team.

In this role, you’ll partner with on-site repair staff to support the full repair order (RO) lifecycle—from estimate accuracy to final billing. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring estimates are precise, DRP guidelines are followed, and every repair opportunity is captured to maximize both quality and revenue.

As part of our centralized support team, you’ll also coach shop teams on identifying and justifying billable opportunities (scanning compliance, supplements, overlooked labor items) and provide essential support to Central Close functions, including file audits, reconciliation, and billing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtual Estimate & Supplement Audits: Review and validate repair orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and profitability.

  • Location Partnership: Collaborate with shop teams, guiding file accuracy before submission and sharing carrier-specific expertise.

  • DRP Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure adherence to insurance guidelines and performance standards.

  • Coaching & Support: Train shop teammates on estimates, efficiency opportunities, and file management to drive stronger outcomes.

  • File Integrity: Ensure parts invoices are posted, labor is correct, and errors are documented for continuous improvement.

  • Operational Excellence: Support file closure within 48 hours of vehicle delivery; assist with Central Close functions.

  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the collision repair industry.

  • Advanced understanding of collision repair processes, DRP guidelines, and carrier procedures.

  • Proven success in file management and DRP compliance.

  • Advanced proficiency in CCC One.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and coach in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical skills to identify revenue opportunities and recommend improvements.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

  • Must have stable internet and the ability to work remotely with professionalism.
