What You’ll Do:

As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving the success of all departments—estimating, body, paint, parts, and service—by setting goals and ensuring exceptional execution.

  • Managing center P&L, staffing, inventory, and repair cycle times to achieve operational excellence and profitability.

  • Leading and developing a team of technicians, estimators, and customer service professionals—hiring, coaching, and empowering top performers.

  • Building strong relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

  • Ensuring every vehicle meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintaining compliance with OSHA and local environmental/safety regulations while promoting a culture of accountability and care.


What You Bring:

?? Experience: 3+ years of management experience in the collision repair industry.
?? Leadership: Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams.
?? Customer-Focus: A commitment to delivering a 5-star experience, every time.
?? Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
?? Qualifications: High school diploma (required), Bachelor’s degree preferred, valid driver’s license.
