SUMMARY:
The Central Close Specialist is responsible for the execution of functions that will assist a shop in coordinating and managing the closing processes for Repair Orders within a centralized team setting. This role involves working across different departments or divisions to ensure that all necessary steps and tasks are completed accurately and on time before finalizing a transaction or project.
Pay $20-$25 per hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure RO is complete, accurate, and follows all insurance DRP guidelines, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Assisting teammates to modify repair orders to ensure compliance.
Ensure parts invoices are posted in estimating platform – make corrections as necessary and ensure included labor is correct.
Document and report errors to teammates and relevant training partners to increase the quality of future files.
Communicate with Training Partners to identify training needs to process the close within 48 hours of vehicle delivery.
Review vehicle scanning compliance and other ways to collect additional revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record is necessary
2-3 years of experience in Auto/Collision Repair industry
Strong background in file management within the collision repair industry and has proven quality performance over prolonged period of time
Advanced knowledge of CCC One
Knowledge of Collision Industry with high-level, knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements
Understand DRP guidelines concerning insurance required payment to ensure all repairs closed are in compliance
Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
Excellent verbal communication and mechanical skills?
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to be flexible with task assignments and respond to the needs of the Operations
Ability to work independently but also as part of a larger team to meet the objective of servicing the customer and vehicle
