CCC Management Specialist

SUMMARY:
The CCC Management Specialist plays a key role in managing and configuring CCC One and Mitchell across multiple entities, ensuring accurate setup for new hires, acquisitions, and shop-level changes. This role oversees user profiles, security roles, rate configurations, and system integrity while acting as a liaison between CollisionRight teams, CCC partners, Mitchell partners and DRP insurance carriers. Additionally, the specialist will support labor rate analysis and initial discussions with carriers to explore potential rate adjustments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Must have working knowledge and experience with CCC One and/or Mitchell Repair Workflow Management System.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Field and resolve issues timely with CCC, Mitchell, and CollisionRight shop teammates for system management needs.

  • Learn and execute CCC and Mitchell management system configurations effectively while following change control procedures.

  • Troubleshoot any system issues or needs with CCC and Mitchell.

  • Collaborate with training/operations leadership stakeholders to guide user readiness for key system/process changes.

  • Sustain management system data integrity.

  • Set up preferred vendors in CCC and Mitchell.

  • Act as the profile editor, ensuring all profiles are accurate in CCC and Mitchell.

  • Review, confirm, and approve all profiles and rates in CCC and Mitchell for acquisitions.

  • Ensure accurate configuration for all CR shops on rate tools, including labor rates, in collaboration with accounting.

  • Configure all CR shops on rate tools for taxes by state and county in collaboration with accounting for accuracy and consistency.

  • Support labor rate analysis and initiate discussions with DRP insurance carriers to explore potential rate increases.

  • Review CCC and Mitchell security roles.

  • Support acquisitions and training teams as needed.

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Display a friendly and positive demeanor when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain a strong level of organization to optimize effectiveness.

  • Demonstrate problem-analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Adapt to changing procedures and work in a flexible, dynamic environment.

  • Work a flexible schedule as needed (including nights or weekends for system changes).

  • Respond with a sense of urgency to requests from both internal and external entities.

  • Adhere to the highest ethical conduct.

  • This role could require some travel as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.

  • Ability to analyze data, define problems, and implement business configuration changes as needed.

  • Experience following structured change control processes.

  • Knowledge of labor rate structures in the collision repair industry, including DRP guidelines and competitive market factors.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills for engaging with DRP carriers on labor rate adjustments.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.

  • Strong decision-making skills, using data, experience, and judgment to drive solutions.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications, word processing, and email platforms.

  • Must have working knowledge and experience with CCC One and/or Mitchell Repair Workflow Management System.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
