POSITION DESCRIPTION
Title: Territory Sales Representative
MUST BE LOCATED IN MEMPHIS, TN OR BALTIMORE, MD OR COLUMBUS, OH AND ABLE TO TRAVEL TO DIFFERENT LOCAL BUSINESSES THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
SUMMARY:
CollisionRight is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow our business by developing strong relationships with insurance agents, dealerships, and other key partners. This role is responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and promoting our collision repair and glass services. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with deep industry knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Acquisition & Business Development
Proactively identify and engage insurance agents, dealerships, fleet managers, and other referral sources to promote CollisionRight’s repair and glass services.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and industry networking to expand the client base.
Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that effectively highlight our value proposition.
Relationship Management & Customer Service
Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with insurance agents and dealerships to secure recurring business and referrals.
Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Sales Execution & Performance Tracking
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure new business.
Provide accurate repair estimates based on vehicle damage assessments and company pricing structures.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance using CRM software.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market & Industry Awareness
Stay informed on collision repair trends, insurance industry changes, and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Represent CollisionRight at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Industry Experience & Knowledge
Prior experience in collision repair, automotive services, or insurance-related sales is highly preferred.
Familiarity with collision repair processes, insurance claims handling, and estimating tools.
Sales & Relationship Management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue.
Strong interpersonal skills to develop trust and credibility with insurance agents, dealership partners, and fleet operators.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contracts.
Self-Motivation & Performance-Driven Mindset
Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive results with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Technology Proficiency
Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and estimating tools.
Comfortable leveraging technology for tracking sales performance and client management.
Education & Licensing
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
