ADAS Coordinator

Job Opportunity: ADAS Coordinator
Hey, it’s Adam, Vice President of ADAS Calibration Services. It has been an amazing voyage this year building out CollisionRights 360Align Division. I am so proud to see the tremendous progress we've made in capturing required ADAS calibrations and other essential operations while keeping calibration revenue in-house. The CollisionRight team has been constantly improving, which means we are delivering safer vehicles than ever before. I’m excited to share that we are looking for our newest teammate to help us with our mission.


Key Items:
• Location: This is a fully remote role available in the US.
• Pay: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience


What You'll Do:
• Scheduling & Coordination: Review the schedule daily, ensure proper processes are followed, and coordinate with technicians and estimators.
• Invoicing: Upload invoices into the system and verify that all necessary line items are included in the estimate.
• Processing Requests: Scrub incoming repair requests to determine if ADAS calibrations are required and whether they can be scheduled or need further review.
• Communication Management: Serve as the key point of contact between estimators at body shops and field technicians, ensuring smooth operations.
• Multi-Channel Communication: Use Discord, Outlook, phone, and text to manage workflow and updates efficiently.


What We're Looking For:
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the automotive collision repair industry is preferred.
• Technical Familiarity: Understanding of ADAS systems is a plus (training provided).
• Strong Communication: Ability to clearly coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Experience handling invoicing, scheduling, and process management efficiently.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting.
