What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly face (or voice) that greets customers, whether they call or walk into the shop.
• Answer inbound calls within 2 rings—because quick, professional service is what we’re all about.
• Handle customer questions, fill out their info sheets, and smoothly hand off the process to our Estimators.
• Coordinate towing services and rental cars, making sure everything runs like clockwork for our customers.
• Keep the front office organized and welcoming, because first impressions matter.
• Manage customer payments and ensure they’re good to go when picking up their vehicle.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (automotive experience is a plus but not required!).
• Someone comfortable with computers, calendars, and keeping things running smoothly.
• A calm, professional attitude—especially when customers are stressed. We need someone who can be their hero!
