The Quality Support Technician/Detailer plays a key role in ensuring every vehicle leaving our shop meets the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. You’ll inspect, detail, and prepare vehicles for final delivery — ensuring our customers drive away completely satisfied. You’ll also support the operations team with general shop maintenance and organization, helping create a clean, efficient, and safe environment.
Perform thorough detailing and cleaning of repaired vehicles prior to customer delivery
Inspect vehicles for any imperfections and promptly notify the General Manager or technician
Assist with shop and grounds maintenance
Help maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in excellent condition
Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety procedures
Identify and communicate opportunities to improve quality control processes
Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance tasks as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (Required)
Automotive or detailing experience (preferred but not required)
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
