About the Role

The Quality Support Technician/Detailer plays a key role in ensuring every vehicle leaving our shop meets the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. You’ll inspect, detail, and prepare vehicles for final delivery — ensuring our customers drive away completely satisfied. You’ll also support the operations team with general shop maintenance and organization, helping create a clean, efficient, and safe environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform thorough detailing and cleaning of repaired vehicles prior to customer delivery

• Inspect vehicles for any imperfections and promptly notify the General Manager or technician

• Assist with shop and grounds maintenance

• Help maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in excellent condition

• Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety procedures

• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve quality control processes

• Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (Required)

• Automotive or detailing experience (preferred but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to adapt, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
